We want to reassure all our customers that, despite a few changes to our process, we are still open for business and are committed to continuing our high quality, same day dispatch to ensure your print requirements aren't disrupted.

Amended opening hours and collection process
We have now re-opened our shop for the collection of orders.
We've changed our collection process to protect our staff and customers. The new process is as follows:
1. Have your order number ready when you come to collect.
2. Ring the bell outside the door and wait on the marked cross.
3. We'll bring your order out to you.
We are currently open for order collection between 10am-2pm, Monday-Friday.
If you need to collect outside of these times, please contact one of the team and we will try our best to accomodate.
We are still asking customers to place orders online and are not currently accepting new orders or enquiries in store.

Same day printing & delivery
We are committed to continuing our high quality, same day dispatch to ensure your print requirements aren't disrupted, however due to changes in our production line, we cannot guarantee all orders will be dispatched the same day.
Standard and next day delivery services are operating as usual, although both could be subject to short-notice delays.

How to find Captain Cyan
By Tube
We are conveniently located in the middle of a host of central London tube stations. Our closest are Southwark or Waterloo on the Jubilee line, Lambeth North for the Bakerloo line, and Elephant & Castle or Borough for the Northern line.
By Train
Captain Cyan is a 10 minute walk from Waterloo Station. Turn right on exiting the station to Waterloo Road (exit 2). Cross over at the Old Vic, continuing to the end of Waterloo Road, reaching St George's Circus.
By Bus
Numerous bus routes serve our location, stopping on either Waterloo Road, Blackfriars Road, London Road, Newington Causeway or Westminster Bridge Road.
By Bicycle
You are welcome to collect by bike, and bring your bike into our shop. Cycle hire points are located outside the building on Borough Road. Although we wouldn’t necessarily recommend cycling with an A0 poster tube on your back!
By Car
Ample meter parking is available on Rotary Street, accessible from either London Road, or Borough Road. We are inside the Congestion Charging zone, but parking outside the zone is available at the NCP at Elephant and Castle.
